We ship worldwide with Swedish mail (www.posten.se) 1st class parcel. Traceable packages.
Normal delivery time worldwide is approx 7-12 workdays (i.e. 14-18 Days) after we received payment. All deliveries to USA seems to take longer time than promised by the US Postal Service. Due to the US custom declare handling, it can take as long as up to 2-4 weeks before custom clearence and arrival to the addressee.

Return policy:

We always accept returns no matter the cause within 5 days of arrival, We will return your payment less our expences, when we have recieved your return in the same shape we shipped it. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our error.
Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:
Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
Damaged goods:
You should make a complaint at your local post office and then send us a copy (by mail/fax/letter) of the complaint, We will make a similar complaint to the Swedish mail.
